Digital files become accessible immediately after payment confirmation. We therefore do not provide refunds for a change of mind, choosing the wrong language, or purchasing without reviewing the free sample.
Technical problems
If your payment is confirmed but the download does not work, contact us with your payment reference. We will verify the order and provide a working download. Duplicate confirmed payments will be reviewed separately.
